Hydrochloric acid or muriatic acid is a colorless inorganic chemical system with the formula HCl. Hydrochloric acid has a distinctive pungent smell. It is classified as strongly acidic and can attack the skin over a wide composition range, since the hydrogen chloride completely dissociates in an aqueous solution

Formaldehyde is a naturally occurring organic compound with the formula CH₂O. The pure compound is a pungent-smelling colourless gas that polymerises spontaneously into paraformaldehyde, hence it is stored as an aqueous solution. It is the simplest of the aldehydes. The common name of this substance comes from its similarity and relation to formic acid.

Chemical name: Sodium Nitrite

IUPAC name: sodium nitrite

Formula: NaNO2
